#AdanolaRecipes: How to prepare baked eggs any way
It's no secret eggs are a great way to enjoy HBV Value protein, nutritious 'fast food' and a cheap way to cook up a storm!
We've put together a few recipes for Baked Eggs, which can be adapted so easily. Simply throw in your favourite veggies, meats and spices, toast some crusty rye bread or sourdough and dip!
Preheat your oven to 240 degrees (or as hot as it will go). Lightly grease a ramekin or small ovenproof dish with some olive oil (use kitchen paper so you don't over grease).
Preprare your chosen filling - chop ham and spinach, half and quarter tomatoes, slice mushrooms etc. Then add the filling to the bottom of the ramekin.
Crack two eggs over the top of the fillings and season with salt and pepper.
Place into the oven for 8-10 minutes until whites are cooked but yolks are runny. Serve with crusty bread or salad.
