1. Double Buns
While the double bun was a firm fashion favourite in the 90's (think Gwen Stefani and Baby Spice), the trend is just as big today as it was then. If it's good enough for Kendal Jenner and Cara Delevingne, then it sure as hell is good enough for us! This hairstyle looks even better when messy making for a perfect low maintenance gym 'do, that, and it takes the hair away from your neck whilst working out - WIN!

2. French Braids
French braids are also trending in the fashion-sphere right now with many celebrities opting for this hairstyle - Karlie Kloss, Rita Ora and Selena Gomez, just to name a few. French braids are great for the likes of circuit training because they have lots of holding power. Nobody wants to stop to fix their half way through their third set of burpees, or do they....

3. Messy Ponytail
It's an oldie but a goodie. The messy ponytail can be styled with practically anything; skirts, dresses, jeans, and of course, gym gear. If your hair is a little more messy than ponytail then why not add an Adanola Cap (which is in the sale, by the way) in order to hide those two-day old roots.
