#AdanolaRecipes: How to make delicious coconut energy balls
These protein-filled little bites of heaven are perfect for a quick snack.
227g toasted coconut flakes
170g peanut butter (preferably organic and unsweetened)
3 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
3 tablespoons honey
170g sunflower seeds
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water
Combine all the dry ingredients and mix well. Then add the honey and water (if needed) and roll into small balls. Roll in some shredded coconut to finish.
