#AdanolaRecipes: How to prepare delicious fruit infused waters

Fruit infused waters are a great, easy way to detox naturally. If you struggle to consume large amounts of water during the day these are a good alternative and make keeping hydrated easy. 

Mix all ingredients with around 12-16oz water for best results. 

GREEN TEA, LIME, MINT

Brew your green tea as normal, wait for cool or add ice cubes. Ditch the teabag an add lime and fresh mint leaves. This is great for fat burning and digestion. 

CUCUMBER, STRAWBERRIES, KIWI

This combination is good to keep blood sugar levels from falling too low. The strawberries do add a delicious natural sweetness. 

LEMON, LIME, CUCUMBER

Lemon water on it's own can be quite bitter. Add lime and cucumber to balance out this and achieve a sweeter taste. A refreshing combo, it can help aid digestion and curb appetite. 

ORANGE, LIME, LEMON

A great Vitamin C booster to help with immunity, this tasty treat also helps control heartburn.
