#AdanolaRecipes: Ombre yoghurt dipped strawberries

 

Okay, so today's the day. It's Valentines Day! (just incase you have, some how, managed to forget - even with all of the 'PDA' posts clogging up your news feed...)

Whether your having a date night with your other half or a night in with the girls, you have to make these super easy (and way too instagramable) ombre yoghurt dipped strawberries!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. strawberries 
  • 22 oz. vanilla Greek yogurt 
  • Pink food colouring

METHOD

  1. Divide yogurt into 4 small bowls; one bowl with no coloring, one bowl with 2 drops of coloring, another bowl with 4 drops and the last bowl with 6 drops. Mix colors well and set aside.
  2. Dip the strawberries into coloured yogurt and place on a baking sheet to set, freezing for one hour.
  3. Remove strawberries from the freezer and re-dip each into colored yogurt. Place them back into the freezer for another hour or two until ready to serve.
  4. Enjoy!
