#AdanolaRecipes: Tasty Detox Water
Okay, so we all know that we're supposed to drink between 6 and 8 glasses of water a day. But this can be difficult, especially since water is just so, dare we say it, boring!
Jazz up your water routine with this tasty detox water recipe which uses lemon, cucumber and herbs... Not only does it taste great but it also has lots oh health benefits. It helps to aid weight loss, boost your immune system and also helps to purify skin - what's not to love!
- ½ cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 handful thyme
- 1 handful mint
- Wash and thinly slice ½ cucumber and 1 lemon.
- Fill a pitcher with water. Add lemon slices, cucumber slices, and herbs.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing all of the ingredients to infuse.
- Serve and ENJOY!
