#AdanolaRecipes: Avocado and Banana Chocolate Pudding

Avocados are still the blogger's fruit of choice- packed full with  Vitamin E and monounsaturated fats ( that's the good kind of fat), we've used them as the inspiration for a sweet and healthy treat.

Perfect as an afternoon snack or before a yoga session and easy to make. 


  • 1 1/2 ripe avocados
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 6 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (or other sweetener)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk


  1. Blend everything together in a food processor until the consistency is smooth and velvety. Taste and see if more sweetener is needed and stir to make sure everything is evenly mixed. Blend a second time if needed.
  2. Top with banana slices, raw cacao nibs, almond butter, or any other toppings
  3. Enjoy!
