#AdanolaRecipes: Avocado and Banana Chocolate Pudding
Avocados are still the blogger's fruit of choice- packed full with Vitamin E and monounsaturated fats ( that's the good kind of fat), we've used them as the inspiration for a sweet and healthy treat.
Perfect as an afternoon snack or before a yoga session and easy to make.
- 1 1/2 ripe avocados
- 2 ripe bananas
- 6 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (or other sweetener)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- Blend everything together in a food processor until the consistency is smooth and velvety. Taste and see if more sweetener is needed and stir to make sure everything is evenly mixed. Blend a second time if needed.
- Top with banana slices, raw cacao nibs, almond butter, or any other toppings
