#AdanolaGuide: Healthy Guide to Manchester

As Manchester is (proudly) our home city, we want to embrace all the healthy hangouts from Manchester City Centre to Greater Manchester - be it healthy eateries, boutique gyms or ideal places for a short getaway.

1. Kettlebell Kitchen

Based where Ancoats meets Northern Quarter, Kettlebell offers the healthiest selection of 'gym food' and juices.

2. Evelyn's

Possibly the most instagrammable eatery in Manchester City Centre, with rustic decor and plants galore. As well as the stunning surroundings, Evelyn's has an array of healthy options for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

3. Gym & Juice

Gym & Juice is a new 'wellness studio' based in the Northern Quarter of Manchester. They have amazing modern decor and offer a range of classes and personal training.

Found on busy Portland Street, Leaf is known for its broad tea offering and healthy but delicious food. The venue's our personal favourite, so much so that we've held two of our #AdanolaSessions and a Sample Sale in their basement space!
P.S. keep an eye out for their chalk boards outside for some feel-good quotes!

5. Another Heart To Feed

New kid on the block, Another Heart To Feed, is the perfect brunch spot based in the Northern Quarter.

6. Spa at Hale Country Club

Wellness isn't just about exercising and eating well. It's always important to take time for yourself and a spa weekend is the perfect way to do just that. The Spa at Hale Country Club has the most amazing countryside views, a long list of treatments and more to help you unwind.
