#AdanolaRecipes: 4 Healthy Summer Cocktails

A healthy lifestyle is all about balance so, of course, we all love a tipple when the sun's out. We've found some delicious *healthy* cocktail recipes perfect for a summer party.

Blueberry Mojito Royale

(Serves 1)

Ingredients:

1/3 cup blueberries

6-8 leaves fresh mint

1 tablespoon sugar in the raw (Can add more for a sweeter taste)

2½ tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 ounces light rum

Crushed ice

2 ounces chilled Prosecco

1. Muddle the blueberries, mint leaves, sugar and lime juice

2. Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour over the Rum

3. Top with chilled Prosecco and garnish

Rum Coconut Water

(Serves 1)

Ingredients:

50ml White Rum

Coconut Water

2 Lime Wedges

Mint Leaves

1. Pour the Rum into a tall glass

2. Top with Coconut Water

3. Squeeze in a wedge of lime

4. Garnish with another wedge of lime and mint leaves.

Non-Alcoholic Passionfruit & Elderflower Fizz

(Serves 4)

Ingredients:

125ml Elderflower Cordial

3 Passionfruits

Juice of 1 Lime

Sparkling Water

1. Pour Elderflower Cordial into a jug

2. Scoop in the Passionfruit seeds and Lime juice

3. Top with sparkling water

4. Serve over ice

Fresh Peach Gin & Tonic

(Serves 1)

1/2 ripe Peach, sliced

2 ounces Gin

4 ounces Tonic Water

1 ounce freshly squeeze Lime juice

Crushed ice

Rosemary sprigs for garnish

Lime wedges for garnish

1. Fill a tall glass with peach slices and crushed ice

2. Pour the gin over

3. Top with tonic water and lime juice

4. Stir and serve
