Your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is given when you make a purchase from the Adanola website. It is important to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before buying goods from our website.
By using the Adanola web services you are agreeing to all of the Terms and conditions stated, which may be updated from time to time. It is important you read the terms to take notice of any changes made.
We will endeavor to make sure that all information on our website is accurate and correct at all times and will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible

- Add the products to your shopping cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Select delivery and billing options
- Ensure your items, sizes and address are correct
- Submit your order
- An order confirmation will be sent to your email address

Remember to check you’re My Adanola account and delivery information to ensure everything is correct before submitting your order as we may not be able to amend it!
When you submit an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Only when your order has been shipped the order has been accepted. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once this has taken place.
If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you of this in email and offer you an alternative if applicable.

2.1 Our Right to Reject or Cancel Your Order
Fulfillment of all orders on the Website is subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:

The product is not available / in stock Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
Your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud
We have reason to believe that you are a selling our products with no prior agreement to do so
We could not deliver to the address provided by you
Due to an Event Outside Our Control
In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information
Data Check

We may run some checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and checking for fraud. There are automated processes in place to filter out any suspicious orders which may be fraudulent. All fraudulent orders will be investigated and prosecuted if necessary.



The product prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered to.

Currency can be changed using the currency button at the top of the website, although the price will be charged in GBP (Great British Pounds) 

The total price specified in the final check out screen includes tax and shipping costs. This price will be recorded in the Order Confirmation; which we recommend you print or download for future reference. If paying by credit card, the total amount for your entire order will be reflected on your statement in your local currency.

If your local currency is different from the currency in which the prices are quoted, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable per the date of purchase. Your bank may apply a different exchange rate, which is beyond our control.

3.1 Price Changes
The prices of the products will be as displayed on the Website. Prices may change from time to time, but these changes will not affect any order that has already been placed and the order confirmation email sent. 

3.2 Discount Codes
Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered. 



Adanola will make every effort to deliver the order within 48 hours of purchasing with the exception of orders made after 9:30am on a Friday through to 8:30am Monday. All orders placed between this period will be dispatched that following Monday. We deliver products from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on certain public holidays; these holidays will be voiced to our customers before the holiday occurs.

4.1 Delivery
Import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK. These costs cannot be predicted and are outside our control.

United Kingdom: Stated on Shipping Option
These orders are estimates; some orders may arrive after the above estimate due to reasons beyond our control including but not limited to the following:
Issues in customs or with postal service, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.



We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the order being delivered to the customer. Please note we must be notified your intention to return. You can do this by emailing us at hello@adanola.com. Alternatively, you can fill in our contact form.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.

Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

5.1 Sale Items

Sale items are exchange only and may not be refunded.
